Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Payments Factory is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing Team in Malta. Working in a hybrid mode, you will help execute the company’s marketing strategy across content creation, social media, email campaigns, website management, SEO, and broader campaign initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media channels: plan, create, schedule, publish, engage community, and report performance.
• Research, write, and publish blog articles, website copy, and other marketing content using SEO best practices.
• Optimize website content, including landing pages and product pages, to improve organic visibility and conversions.
• Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using SEO and analytics tools, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and company events.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with broader initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, preferably in fintech, finance, or a fast‑paced digital environment.
• Proven experience creating content for digital channels and social media.
• Strong writing skills with attention to detail.
