Marketing Manager

About the role

AX Hotels is looking for a results‑oriented Marketing Manager to lead daily marketing activities at its AX ODYCY hotel in Qawra. You will manage a small on‑site team, work closely with Group Marketing at the head office, and drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of hotel and F&B brands.
• Develop business cases and marketing programs aligned with approved plans.
• Build and execute multi‑channel campaigns to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Create and maintain content calendars, produce engaging content, and run social‑media strategies on major platforms.
• Coordinate organic and paid content, events, and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, e‑commerce, and administration teams.
• Oversee and approve marketing collateral both online and on‑premise.
• Maintain an organised social‑media calendar and analyse campaign performance.
• Measure, report and optimise marketing results.
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends, social‑media algorithms and design best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing management experience; hospitality background preferred.
• Based in Malta with local market knowledge.
• Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing and multi‑brand project oversight.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, collaborative and agile environment.
