Maintenance Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

Vista is seeking a Maintenance Accounts Payable Analyst to join its finance team. You will be responsible for processing and validating maintenance‑related invoices, ensuring compliance with purchase orders, contracts and tax regulations while supporting month‑end reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process maintenance‑related invoices, validating against purchase orders, contracts and supporting documentation.
• Apply correct billing entity, coding, approvals and tax treatment before processing.
• Raise and manage disputes for invoices that fail validation checks or exceed approved PO values.
• Maintain timely invoice processing to avoid aging and ensure accurate audit trails.
• Support accurate accruals and month‑end reporting through timely invoice handling.
• Utilise GV Timeline, Traxall and ERP platforms for invoice validation and processing.
• Assist in maintaining Vista Global’s maintenance data warehouse.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Procurement, Engineering, Finance teams and vendors to resolve queries.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks and projects as directed by line manager.

Required profile

• Previous accounts payable or finance operations experience (preferred).
• Experience in aviation, maintenance or engineering environments is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, purchase orders and financial controls.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
