Lighting Design Associate

About the role

The Lighting Design Associate will support business development, design, implementation, and project management of diverse lighting projects. Reporting to the Lighting Team Lead, the role involves direct client interaction and collaboration with internal teams across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Perform lighting design using specialised software (training provided)
• Conduct site visits to measure, observe and propose appropriate lighting systems
• Generate proposals based on client and technical requirements
• Implement lighting and lighting control projects and manage them through the implementation phase
• Liaise with installation teams to ensure successful project completion
• Produce technical drawings and reports
• Carry out business development, administrative and project management tasks
• Research and develop new lighting products and solutions

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MQF Level 6) or minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical or design field
• Passion for lighting and design with a desire to progress career
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Clean driving licence and ability to work independently with attention to detail
