Lift Installer (Technical) – Malta

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Lift Installer to join our growing team in Malta. The role is hands‑on, requiring physical fitness, safety awareness and the ability to work from technical drawings to install and maintain lifts across residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install lifts and related components according to engineering drawings, specifications and safety standards.
• Operate, maintain and handle all power tools and equipment required for lift installation.
• Read and interpret engineering and technical drawings using metric measurements.
• Work safely at heights, including scaffolding and confined installation environments.
• Keep tools, equipment and work areas clean, organized and properly maintained.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety, quality and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Report installation progress, challenges and technical issues accurately.

Required profile

• Physical fitness and safety awareness, comfortable working at heights.
• Professional attitude: punctual, organized, self‑motivated, reliable and honest.
• Proficiency in English.
• Valid Category B driving licence (or willingness to obtain) and clean police conduct certificate.

Required skills

• Experience with mechanical or lift installation.
• Ability to operate power tools.
• Capability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
