Lawyer – Legal Team

About the role

PwC is seeking a qualified Lawyer to join its Legal team. You will work on multidisciplinary projects, providing high‑quality legal solutions to clients across corporate, commercial, regulatory and emerging areas such as ESG and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients as part of multidisciplinary project teams.
• Conduct legal research across various practice areas, including corporate, commercial, regulatory and emerging fields.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, reports and client deliverables with accuracy.
• Develop practical and innovative solutions to client challenges.
• Collaborate with tax, assurance, advisory and technology professionals.
• Participate in business development initiatives, thought leadership, events and marketing activities.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on clients.

Required profile

• University degree in Law.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, professional communication with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and contribute to a diverse environment.
