Kids Club Attendant – Summer Position

About the role

Join the Westin Dragonara Resort team as a Kids Club Attendant for the summer season. You will create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children attending the Westin Family Kids Club.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and lead daily children’s activities such as painting, drawing, crafts, games and animation.
• Supervise children throughout the program, ensuring their safety and well‑being.
• Maintain activity areas, equipment and materials in clean and orderly condition.
• Collaborate with the Kids Club team to deliver a high‑quality experience for guests.
• Provide excellent customer service to parents and guests.

Required profile

• A qualification in a related field (e.g., early childhood education, recreation).
• Lively, bubbly and outgoing personality.
• Passion for working with children.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays during the summer season.
