About the role
Join a collaborative environment where technology drives real business improvements. As a Junior Software Developer you will help identify inefficient manual processes and turn them into practical digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and support digital solutions that reduce manual work.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to improve efficiency and strengthen controls.
- Provide better visibility across the organisation through automation.
- Gain exposure to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SQL, Copilot and DevOps practices.
Required profile
- Thrive in a flexible and dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with industry experts and receive expert training from day 1.
- Knowledge of .NET, Java and SQL.
- Understanding of software development, testing, deployment and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
