IT Operations Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as an IT Operations Engineer. The role involves managing and securing our Managed Client’s internal infrastructure and security, primarily on Azure and Microsoft Enterprise and Mobility Security suite.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard, administer and perform operational tasks on customers’ cloud and security environments.
• Partner with clients to support and provide value through IT managed services.
• Guide customers on systems and network security throughout all tasks.
• Provide preventive maintenance and service enhancements to managed environments, including systems, networking, security and cloud.
• Develop strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Administer remote monitoring and management systems, respond to alerts and review dashboards.
• Maintain and update customer documentation alongside team members.
• Communicate incident progress and upcoming changes to customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of IT‑related experience or fresh graduate with relevant training.
• Core values of a can‑do attitude, continuous learning and teamwork.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and strong client‑relation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, open‑minded and able to work independently or as part of a team.
