IT Administrator

About the role

Comlux Aviation is seeking an IT Administrator to keep its IT infrastructure up‑to‑date, reliable and aligned with the operational needs of a global business aviation company. The position offers early‑career professionals the chance to work on a variety of technology projects and support day‑to‑day IT operations across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support to all employees, including setup of laptops, phones and user accounts.
• Maintain and update the internal IT asset register and manage software licences.
• Assist in the administration of the company phone system and networking equipment.
• Support the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures and new technology projects.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and public‑cloud (Microsoft 365/Azure) best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support environment (entry‑level candidates may be considered).
• Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, switches, routing, firewalls, VPN).
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and basic knowledge of Windows Server, Dynamics NAV, MS SQL and IIS is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, proactive attitude and good written and verbal English communication.
