IP Networks Manager

About the role

Epic is looking for an IP Networks Manager to lead the design, implementation, and operation of its IP network infrastructure. You will head a team of network engineers, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of IP‑based services across mobile, fixed, corporate, and retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain routers, switches, firewalls and related IP network components.
• Oversee IP Core elements that support mobile, fixed, corporate access and retail networks.
• Ensure secure and seamless connectivity between internal nodes and external operators.
• Drive performance, availability, scalability and resilience while minimizing downtime.
• Manage day‑to‑day team operations, including resource planning, coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Define budgets, objectives and KPIs to achieve operational excellence and cost efficiency.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• MQF Level 6 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience in a network or telecommunications environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop technical teams.
