Head of Legal

About the role

Enteractive, a leading provider of player reactivation technology for the iGaming industry, is seeking a Head of Legal to act as the principal in‑house legal authority. You will safeguard the company’s interests, ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and support sustainable commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine the company’s legal strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Establish and maintain robust legal governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for all operating jurisdictions.
• Provide strategic legal advice to the COO, CEO and Executive Leadership Team on risk, opportunity and corporate positioning.
• Oversee regulatory, privacy and compliance matters, including telemarketing, SMS outreach, TCPA, CASL, GDPR, ePrivacy and cross‑border communications.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Department and external Data Protection Officer to embed data‑protection requirements into product and commercial activities.
• Manage internal investigations, regulatory responses and risk assessments.
• Prioritise legal matters, manage workflow and coordinate external counsel efficiently.
• Lead contract management and commercial negotiations to protect the company’s interests.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a senior legal professional, preferably within the iGaming or technology sector.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to provide pragmatic, solution‑oriented advice in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Proven track record of working with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent judgement, communication skills and the ability to influence at all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of GDPR, ePrivacy, TCPA, CASL and related data‑protection regulations.
• Expertise in contract management and commercial law.
• Experience with compliance oversight for telemarketing and SMS outreach.
• Ability to coordinate internal investigations and regulatory responses.
