Head of Beverage

About the role

The Head of Beverage will lead all beverage, wine, spirits and cocktail operations across the Lifestyle Group outlets. This senior role is responsible for recipe development, supplier management, cost control and mentoring the bar teams to ensure consistency, creativity and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the beverage vision and standards for all bars and outlets.
• Develop and maintain beverage recipes, cost templates and stock controls to meet cost‑of‑sale targets.
• Oversee wine program, pricing, stock management and training across all sites.
• Lead the creation and rollout of cocktail and beverage menus, ensuring seasonal innovation.
• Mentor sommeliers, bar managers and senior bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Maintain SOPs, health & safety, hygiene and licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, marketing and events teams on cross‑outlet initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior beverage leadership experience in multi‑site hospitality operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control, P&L management and profit optimisation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organisational levels.

Required skills

• WSET Level 3 certification (or in process).
