Guest Experience Ambassador

About the role

As a Guest Experience Ambassador you act as a cultural bridge for international guests on MSC Cruises, ensuring those from minority language backgrounds feel welcomed, understood, and supported throughout their voyage. You provide personalized service and language assistance, creating a smooth, inclusive, and memorable experience on board. Your work directly contributes to guest satisfaction and reinforces MSC’s commitment to multicultural hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests in their native language, facilitating clear communication during daily interactions, safety procedures, and special events.
• Support Guest Services by addressing guest requests, resolving issues promptly, and creating meaningful connections.
• Manage large, multicultural guest groups and ensure they can fully enjoy all aspects of the cruise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar onboard position, international host/hostess, cultural ambassador, or language support specialist.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large guest groups with a multicultural focus and support Guest Services operations.
• Strong understanding of cruise operations, guest satisfaction standards, and MSC brand culture.
