Finance Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join our Finance Chapter and support the Finance Manager. The role is fully remote and focuses on improving and automating core finance processes, especially Banking, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise key finance operations across multiple entities and currencies.
• Drive automation and standardisation of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows.
• Support day‑to‑day finance activities, including month‑end and year‑end close.
• Provide accurate financial information and analysis to internal stakeholders.
• Identify operational blockers, challenge inefficient practices and implement practical improvements while maintaining strong financial controls.

• Strong finance fundamentals with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Ability to translate finance priorities into clear, structured workflows.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
