Finance Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading iGaming operator, is looking for a fully qualified Finance Manager to strengthen the finance function, ensure robust financial governance and support the company’s continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations including accounting, payroll, payments, reconciliations and month‑end close.
• Produce timely and accurate management accounts, consolidations and group‑level P&L reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and liquidity to optimise operational efficiency.
• Ensure tax compliance, regulatory filings and statutory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Prepare financial analysis and reports for senior leadership decision‑making.
• Maintain strong internal controls, support audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams on licensing, gaming regulations and AML obligations.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Act as primary finance contact for internal stakeholders and external partners such as auditors, banks and payment providers.
• Mentor and develop finance team members and drive continuous process improvement and automation.

Required profile

• Fully qualified finance professional with experience as a Finance Manager or equivalent in the B2C iGaming sector.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end financial operations and delivering accurate reporting.
• Strong background in cash‑flow management, working‑capital optimisation and financial performance monitoring.
• Good understanding of financial regulations, tax compliance, reporting standards and audit processes.
• Experience in regulated environments; familiarity with gaming regulations and AML requirements is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial insights to senior stakeholders.
