Finance Manager – Aviation

About the role

We are seeking a fully qualified accountant to lead the financial strategy and performance of an international aviation group. The role combines high‑level modelling, budgeting and forecasting with hands‑on oversight of multi‑entity finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy, modelling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyse business performance, profitability and commercial outcomes.
• Drive cost optimisation, tax efficiency and cash‑flow management.
• Ensure financial governance, reporting and compliance across multiple entities.
• Improve finance systems, automation and related processes.
• Lead and develop the finance function.

Required profile

• 3+ years of senior finance experience, preferably in an international or multi‑entity environment.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent) or working towards qualification.
• Fluent in English and Maltese with strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
