Finance Executive

About the role

The Finance Executive will lead financial planning, reporting and analysis to support strategic decision‑making. This position combines financial management, accounting expertise and strong analytical abilities to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Post invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform debtor reconciliations.
• Conduct related‑party and account reconciliations, maintain the fixed‑assets register and calculate depreciation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws and internal controls; liaise with auditors, tax authorities and banks.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, upload payments and manage petty‑cash accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Optimize working capital, manage company investments and oversee e‑commerce financial transactions, including payment gateways and refunds.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain and operations teams to control inventory costs and improve e‑commerce profitability.
• Provide financial insights to leadership for growth, expansion and pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (CPA, ACCA or CFA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
