Finance Executive – INNSiDE Bugibba

About the role

As a Finance Executive at INNSiDE Bugibba, you will join the finance team of Meliá Hotels International, supporting the financial operations of the hotel and ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices, allocate costs to appropriate accounts and cost centres.
• Resolve supplier queries, perform reconciliations and prepare supplier payments.
• Reconcile daily revenue, payments, cash transactions and manage bank deposits, allocations and cash lodgements.
• Reconcile OTA, travel-agent and debtor balances.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls.
• Support month-end closing activities and undertake additional accounting duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Early stage of ACCA qualification (or progressing).
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role.
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a positive professional attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
