Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant – No Experience Required

About the role

Accelerate is looking for motivated individuals in Malta to start a career in finance and legal recruitment. No prior recruitment experience is required – we provide a full certification programme and mentorship to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate clients and job candidates.
• Create compelling job advertisements and promote opportunities across multiple channels.
• Match candidate profiles to client requirements and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and collective targets.

Required profile

• Currently based in Malta or willing to relocate.
• 1‑5 years of experience in a client‑facing role such as customer service, sales, hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication skills and a drive to meet performance targets.
• Ambition to develop a stable, long‑term career in recruitment.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with comfort working against targets.
