Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer – Hybrid

About the role

Join a leading enterprise in Malta as an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer. You will own the workplace technology stack, lead Level 2 support, and work across Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint management and security while developing your infrastructure expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Level 2 support, acting as the main escalation point for complex issues.
• Own the complete workplace environment, including end‑user devices, Microsoft 365, endpoint management and workplace security.
• Support and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi and telephony infrastructure.
• Deliver infrastructure upgrades, deployments and technical improvement initiatives.
• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets – deployment, configuration and inventory.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Architecture and Service Desk teams to ensure an outstanding user experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration or Workplace Infrastructure.
• Strong background supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi.
