About the role
Betsson Group is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead high‑performing teams focused on gaming integrations and web‑based products. You will partner with product and design leaders to shape the development roadmap and ensure technical stability.
Key responsibilities
- Build, structure and lead high‑performing engineering teams.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding and career development for engineers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to share best practices and define performance metrics.
- Own delivery quality and timelines, and continuously improve development processes.
- Ensure system health, performance, stability and SLA compliance.
Required profile
- Experience with game integration products and solutions.
- Experience with web development products and solutions.
- Proven ability to lead agile engineering teams and foster a culture of ownership.
- Strong collaboration skills with architecture and product counterparts.
