Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent

About the role

FDJ UNITED is seeking a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join its Malta‑based team. You will support players of its nine gaming brands through live chat, email and phone, ensuring a safe and enjoyable gambling experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Dutch and English customer support via LiveChat (≈70%), email and telephone.
• Assist players across multiple markets using translation tools.
• Guide users through the website and mobile app, helping them navigate services and products.
• Share knowledge, contribute to team projects and suggest innovative improvements.
• Collaborate with Player Safety, Payments and CRM departments to maintain a positive gambling environment.
• Represent the customer voice by delivering feedback to internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) standards and report any incidents.
• Complete mandatory compliance training.

Required profile

• Patience, empathy and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Calm and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
• Tech‑savvy, customer‑oriented and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Malta (no visa sponsorship offered).
