Distribution Coordinator (m/f/d)

About the role

Ruby is looking for a proactive Distribution Coordinator to join its fast‑growing hospitality group. You will ensure that our booking and content platforms run smoothly, helping maximise revenue across all online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain distribution systems to fully realise revenue potential across connected channels.
• Monitor booking system interfaces, troubleshoot issues and collaborate with system providers.
• Maintain and optimise content on platforms such as Concerto HCM and Leonardo to boost visibility.
• Manage online reputation using IHG’s Medallia platform and the AI response tool MARA.
• Respond to international guest reviews in line with Ruby and IHG quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless system operation.

Required profile

• Completed training in the hotel or travel industry, preferably with experience in a similar distribution role.
• Hands‑on experience with hotel distribution channels (websites, OTAs, GDS).
• Good understanding of content management across Concerto HCM, OTA extranets and GDS.
• Strong communicator who enjoys bringing different teams together.
• Structured, detail‑oriented and keen on process improvement.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German.
