Director, Financial Advisory Services

About the role

We are seeking a Director for our Financial Advisory Services team to lead corporate finance assignments and drive the growth of the advisory practice. The role combines technical expertise, client interaction and strategic leadership within a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver corporate finance projects such as company valuations, IFRS reporting, feasibility studies and financial due diligence.
• Provide executive mentorship, delegate tasks, review work and coach junior staff.
• Manage assignments end‑to‑end, including engagement letters, KYC procedures, financial modelling, report drafting, billing and timely project closure.
• Identify and mitigate risk, ensure accurate timesheet recording and adherence to budget and deadlines.
• Play a pivotal role in business development, client acquisition and nurturing key relationships.
• Define and execute the department’s long‑term strategy and contribute to overall firm profitability.

Required profile

• ACCA qualification or a Master’s degree in Accountancy.
• Extensive experience in corporate finance, IFRS application and financial advisory.
• Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to work autonomously.
