Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

A2CO is looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Executive to join its growing Marketing team. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help strengthen the company’s digital presence, support lead‑generation campaigns and contribute to the evolution of the marketing function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, including audience targeting, testing and performance optimisation.
• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot tracking via Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate conversion tracking across ads, forms and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign and website performance using Google Analytics 4 and prepare clear reports on leads, conversions and cost‑per‑lead.
• Develop and optimise landing pages, ensuring proper form integration and tracking.
• Update the A2CO website on WordPress – uploading, formatting and publishing service pages, articles and landing pages.
• Support planning and management of social media channels.
• Conduct market, competitor and prospect research and assist with lead‑generation and outbound initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver marketing projects on time.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Background in a B2B environment, preferably within corporate, professional, financial, technology or regulatory services.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, landing‑page optimisation and lead‑generation funnels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
