Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

Paradise Media is seeking an entry‑level Digital Marketing Assistant to join its fast‑growing performance‑marketing team in Balluta Bay, Malta. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, learning how websites rank on Google and how AI tools accelerate SEO and data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply SEO fundamentals to improve site rankings and traffic.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, and command‑line interfaces, to automate marketing workflows.
• Research competitors, identify keyword opportunities, and uncover market gaps.
• Analyse site and page‑level data, investigate under‑performance, and suggest improvements.
• Monitor performance metrics with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and internal dashboards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to solve real problems.

Required profile

• Comfortable with technology and quick to adopt new tools.
• Self‑motivated, takes initiative and works without constant supervision.
• Strong written English.
• Based in Malta or willing to relocate and work full‑time onsite.

Required skills

• Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS (or similar programming experience).
• Google Search Console.
• Ahrefs.
• Claude, ChatGPT (AI content and automation tools).
• Command‑line interface usage.
