About the role

Join Novibet as a DevOps Engineer in our Naxxar office. You will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers our fast‑growing GameTech platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, build and continuously improve our infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with developers to create reliable, automated release processes.
  • Monitor production environments, respond to incidents and ensure high availability.
  • Document internal systems, backup, disaster‑recovery and security procedures.
  • Promote engineering standards and best practices across teams.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft and Linux server administration.
  • Proficiency with Git version control and GitFlow development model.

Required skills

  • Configuration management/orchestration tools: Ansible, Chef, Salt, Puppet.
  • CI/CD platforms: TeamCity, Jenkins.
  • Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, iCloud.
  • Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
  • Infrastructure‑as‑code: Terraform.
  • Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Splunk.
  • Containerization: Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift.
  • Scripting languages: BASH, Python, PHP.
  • Networking fundamentals and virtualized environments.
  • Message queues: RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ.
  • In‑memory stores: Redis, Memcached.
  • Web servers/load balancers: NginX, HAProxy.
