Cybersecurity Analyst – National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre

About the role

The Analyst will join the National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre (NCC) to help grow Malta’s cybersecurity community, raise awareness, and support national initiatives that develop cyber talent and foster collaboration across government, industry, academia and civil society.

Key responsibilities

• Support the growth and engagement of Malta’s National Cybersecurity Community.
• Coordinate awareness, education and outreach programmes for citizens, students, professionals and organisations.
• Assist in planning and delivering flagship initiatives such as CYBER ROOT, the Cyber Awards and the Cyber Security Challenge.
• Engage with national and international stakeholders from government, industry, academia and civil society.
• Support communication campaigns, promotional activities, social‑media initiatives and community engagement.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation related to NCC activities.
• Promote participation in cybersecurity skills development programmes and EU‑funded opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational, project coordination and event management abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse audiences and both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in cybersecurity and digital resilience.
