Customer Support Specialist – Danish Language

About the role

As a Customer Support Specialist for the Danish market, you will be the primary point of contact for evoke's gaming customers, delivering fast, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance through email and chat. You will join a dedicated language team and benefit from a month‑long Academy training program that equips you with deep product knowledge and industry‑specific skills.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via email and live chat in Danish.
• Provide accurate solutions while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up on pending cases.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader and Customer Support Manager to meet service targets.

Required profile

• Proactive, forward‑thinking attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and creativity within company guidelines.
• Excellent written communication in Danish and English.
• Willingness to work a 40‑hour weekly shift schedule.
