Customer Experience Advisor - Danish

About the role

LeoVegas is looking for a dedicated, passionate, and customer‑focused individual to join its team as a Customer Experience Advisor for Danish‑speaking customers. You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service via live chat, email and phone while collaborating with internal teams such as Payments, Fraud, Safer Gambling and CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and concisely with customers through live chat, email and phone.
• Listen to inquiries, resolve issues promptly and in line with company policies.
• Handle complaints with empathy, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• Native proficiency in Danish and fluent English.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and a team player.
• Previous experience in the gambling industry is a plus but not mandatory.
