Customer Care Agent

About the role

Join a fast‑growing fintech group as a Customer Care Agent, providing a first‑class experience to clients across branches and the head office. You will support everyday banking, payments, cards and the Moneybase app while ensuring compliance and accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers in‑person and deliver a strong first impression.
• Assist users with the Moneybase app, account queries, payments and card services.
• Resolve issues directly or coordinate with internal teams for timely solutions.
• Support Investment Advisors with client administration, scheduling, documentation and application processing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Coordinate branch operations, appointments, reception activities and day‑to‑day administration.
• Provide backup support across the branch network as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in customer‑facing roles such as banking, financial services, hospitality or similar.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, proactive and adaptable to work across different branch locations.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Relevant professional experience or tertiary education.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
