About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pizzamaker to join our cruise line’s culinary team. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality, authentic Italian‑style pizzas that delight guests during their vacation at sea.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to traditional and specialty recipes.
• Operate wood‑fired and electric ovens to bake pizzas to perfection.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak dining periods.
• Contribute to menu development and suggest new pizza creations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a pizzamaker on a cruise ship or in a high‑volume kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a multicultural onboard environment.
• Strong command of English for communication with crew and guests.
