CRM Project Manager – Gamification

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Project Manager – Gamification to lead the design, launch, and optimisation of reward‑based gamification products across multiple iGaming brands and markets. You will work closely with our commercial, product, and operations teams to deliver engaging experiences such as The Wheel, Pick a Box, Thunderboard, and 5‑Reel Slots.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of gamification rewards for B2C and B2B segments across various jurisdictions.
• Create, configure, launch, and continuously optimise interactive reward mechanics using Thunderbite.
• Build and maintain reward structures, probability models, and prize allocation logic aligned with promotional budgets.
• Monitor cost efficiency and ensure compliance with internal processes, responsible‑gaming standards, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with local market teams to tailor experiences and with Xtremepush for product integration and enhancements.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and competitor activity to evolve the gamification portfolio.

Required profile

• Degree in economics, marketing, business, IT management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a CRM, product or commercial role within the iGaming industry.
• Hands‑on experience with Thunderbite and Xtremepush gamification tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of probability models and campaign cost calculations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
