Concierge – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

Rosselli AX Privilege seeks a service‑oriented Concierge to be the first point of contact for guests within the Front Office team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will create a refined, welcoming arrival experience and provide personalized assistance throughout each stay in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with reservations for restaurants, transportation, tours, events and other activities.
• Provide accurate information on local attractions, services and amenities.
• Maintain a strong presence at the entrance and lobby, offering proactive assistance.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant teams.
• Maintain an updated database of local vendors, attractions and services.
• Record guest requests, feedback and service outcomes.
• Handle complaints or emergencies with discretion and efficiency.
• Offer personalized solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Provide butler‑style services such as ironing, shoe polishing, porterage and luggage unpacking.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a guest‑facing hospitality role, preferably as a Concierge or Front Desk Agent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of discretion, professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are a strong asset.
• Impeccable grooming and polished appearance.
