Client Services Associate - Health Insurance

About the role

Atlas Insurance Malta is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Client Services Associate to join its Health Insurance team. You will support clients, members, healthcare providers and intermediaries by administering health insurance policies efficiently and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships and solving problems that add value.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, members, healthcare providers and intermediaries by telephone, email and live chat.
• Handle enquiries about health insurance benefits, policy coverage, administration and renewals.
• Process new business applications, policy amendments, member additions and removals and renewals accurately and within agreed service standards.
• Prepare quotations, renewal documentation, policy schedules and related correspondence.
• Follow up on outstanding requirements and ensure client requests are completed on time.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and intermediaries.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve queries and deliver solutions.
• Support the retention and growth of the health insurance portfolio through high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance the client experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client servicing, administration, insurance or a related role is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, able to handle multiple priorities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
