About the role

The Cleaning Operations Coordinator will be based on‑site in Birkirkara, overseeing daily cleaning activities for multiple client locations. This full‑time position ensures that service standards are consistently met while supporting the operational team and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily cleaning tasks across client sites.
• Assign work to cleaning teams and monitor task completion.
• Track quality of service, address operational issues, and follow up on client feedback.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and incident documentation.
• Support administrative processes such as staffing, time‑keeping, and documentation.
• Collaborate with management and frontline staff to improve workflows and uphold health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to review performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and interacting with clients.
• Experience in operations or facilities management, preferably within cleaning services.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems proactively, and work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, health‑and‑safety regulations, and quality standards is an asset.
