Capital Markets Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Capital Markets Manager to support the Head of Capital Markets in executing our firm’s capital markets strategy. The role involves originating, structuring, and executing debt and equity transactions while ensuring compliance and operational excellence throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Capital Markets in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
• Originate and manage the execution of debt and equity capital markets transactions.
• Liaise with internal departments and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and prepare presentations and transaction materials.
• Prepare offering documents, term sheets, and other transaction-related documentation.
• Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor and report on transaction pipeline, market developments, and execution timelines.
• Represent the capital markets function in meetings and industry events as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, structured finance, or a closely related field.
• Solid expertise in capital markets and transaction execution.
• Strong understanding of debt and/or equity capital markets, financial instruments, and transaction structuring.
