Capital Market Analyst

About the role

Join a dynamic team that provides end‑to‑end support to companies seeking a stock‑exchange listing. As a Capital Market Analyst you will work closely with regulators, market operators and internal stakeholders, gaining broad exposure to the capital‑markets ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of applicants' financial statements and related data.
• Assist in preparing concise financial analysis summaries for listing dossiers.
• Support the review of financial due‑diligence reports.
• Prepare and file the full suite of documentation required for listing applications.
• Research statutory and regulatory frameworks applicable to each listing.
• Liaise with regulators, market operators and internal teams to ensure timely submission.
• Proofread all documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide general administrative support to the listing team.

Required profile

• Strong interest in numbers and financial analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written communication skills.
