Business Application Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Application Analyst to optimise business processes and drive organisational growth. The role involves analysing, designing and implementing improvements across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis & Improvement – partner with cross‑functional teams to assess current processes, identify inefficiencies and deliver streamlined workflows.
• Technology Integration & Solution Design – evaluate and implement automation solutions, translate stakeholder requirements into effective designs and lead system integrations.
• Change Management – champion adoption of new processes and tools through communications, training materials and workshops.
• Vendor Management – manage vendor relationships, contracts and service‑level agreements to ensure performance expectations are met.
• Continuous Improvement – stay current on industry trends and proactively identify optimisation opportunities.
• Project Management – lead complex initiatives end‑to‑end, handling request intake, configuration, timeline management and delivery accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Business Application specialist or similar role focused on process optimisation.
• Strong expertise in business process analysis, design and improvement methodologies.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow automation and technology integration.
• Solid understanding of sales, finance and operations functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a talent for translating business needs into solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Self‑learner, self‑motivated, with basic HTML development capabilities and WordPress site management.
