Brand Marketing Lead

About the role

Dinotech is looking for a senior Brand Marketing Lead to act as the CMO’s primary execution partner. You will own the end‑to‑end coordination of marketing initiatives across acquisition, retention, design, content and product, turning strategy into on‑brand, revenue‑driving campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full marketing calendar, planning, briefing and coordinating simultaneous campaigns across all channels.
• Translate CMO strategy into actionable project roadmaps with clear timelines, owners and KPIs.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all live marketing initiatives, escalating blockers and resolving cross‑team conflicts.
• Build and manage detailed project plans (briefs, timelines, dependencies, RACI matrices) using Jira.
• Guide acquisition teams on brand‑consistent campaigns and approve creative assets.
• Collaborate with retention, CRM and VIP teams to coordinate lifecycle programmes, loyalty campaigns and promotional calendars.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cross‑functional marketing projects in a fast‑moving, scale‑up environment.
• Strong ability to translate high‑level strategy into concrete execution plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
