Bilingual Finnish Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and proactive bilingual Customer Service Agent (Finnish/English) to join our growing iGaming team in Malta. You will be the first point of contact for players, ensuring a smooth, safe and enjoyable experience across phone, chat and email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Finnish and English via phone, chat and email.
• Handle registration, verification, account queries, withdrawals and KYC documents.
• Perform security checks and collaborate with Risk, Fraud and Responsible Gaming teams.
• Explain deposits, withdrawals and promotions clearly.
• Contribute to translation tasks for website content, emails and promotional material.
• Maintain accurate administration in line with legal and internal guidelines.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in Finnish and English (C1‑C2), Finnish as a first language preferred.
• Comfortable working in a shift system, including night shifts as the service expands to 24/7.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and discretion.
• Motivated to grow within a scaling organization and take on broader responsibilities.

What we offer

• Hybrid working model (office + remote) based in St. Julian’s, Malta.
• Competitive salary €25,000‑€30,000 gross per year.
• 21 vacation days plus 14 Maltese public holidays.
