Bike Leader

About the role

As a Bike Leader on MSC Cruises you will design and lead daily cycling tours of approximately 25 km, giving guests a safe and memorable way to explore each port’s scenery and culture. You will combine your passion for outdoor adventure with a high level of service to create unique experiences at sea.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and conduct daily 25 km bicycle tours for guests, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
• Share detailed knowledge of local destinations, culture and points of interest during tours.
• Train, mentor and supervise Assistant Bike Leaders to maintain service standards.
• Maintain and prepare all cycling equipment, performing regular checks and repairs.
• Handle any on‑tour issues promptly and professionally, adhering to safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of onboard experience as an Assistant Bike Leader.
• Fluent in English; additional European language (Italian, German, Portuguese, Spanish or French) is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to lead diverse groups with clear communication.
• Excellent physical fitness to comfortably escort 25 km tours each day.
• Previous cruise experience preferred.
