About the role

Join Starbucks’ new outlets in Malta as a Barista, delivering legendary customer service and creating the Starbucks Experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high‑quality beverages, food products and whole beans according to recipe and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming workspace, following health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle cash, record customer orders accurately and follow operational policies.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and assist in coaching new team members.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing role is ideal.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
