Bar Waiter/Waitress on Luxury Cruise Ship

About the role

Join the beverage team aboard a luxurious cruise ship and deliver exceptional drink service to an international clientele. You will create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring every beverage meets the highest quality and sanitation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages efficiently and profitably.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in the bar area.
• Contribute to bar revenue by promoting sales and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Collaborate closely with fellow crew members to exceed service expectations.
• Ensure all drinks are prepared and presented according to company quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Bar Waiter/Waitress on an international cruise line or a five‑star hotel/resort.
• Solid knowledge of an international bar list and ability to serve diverse beverages.
• Experience in a high‑volume hospitality environment.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Familiarity with international bar menus.
