Assistant Bike Leader

About the role

Join MSC Cruises as an Assistant Bike Leader and help create unforgettable cycling experiences for guests aboard our ships. You will guide daily bike tours of roughly 25 km, ensuring safety, enjoyment, and memorable moments for cyclists of all abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Lead Bike Leader in planning and executing daily onboard bike tours.
• Provide clear explanations of routes, landmarks, and safety procedures.
• Assist guests with equipment, boarding, and disembarking.
• Collaborate with ship and destination teams to coordinate excursions.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and address guest inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of onboard experience as an Assistant Bike Leader.
• Fluent oral and written English; additional European language (Italian, German, Portuguese, Spanish, or French) highly desirable.
• Proven physical fitness to lead daily 25‑km tours.
• Previous cruise experience and strong communication skills.
