Aircraft Parts and Inventory Specialist

About the role

The Aircraft Parts and Inventory Specialist will support Vista's Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) by handling the sourcing, purchasing, and repair of aircraft materials. Based at the Malta head office, the role works closely with Maintenance Operations Control and other maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of parts and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source, purchase, and arrange repair of aircraft parts and materials.
• Expedite parts to prevent departure delays caused by maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) and Maintenance Planning to align material deliveries with scheduled maintenance.
• Communicate and resolve material issues with Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
• Track shipment orders from placement to delivery.
• Update daily handover reports to ensure accurate information flow.
• Perform clerical duties, attend daily team meetings, and provide on‑call support as required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills with internal technical teams.
• Organisational capability to manage multiple purchase orders and repair requests.
