Accountant – Fintech (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Accountant to join a medium‑sized, international fintech organization. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance office collaboration with remote flexibility while gaining exposure to a dynamic, growth‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
• Work directly with the Financial Controller, receiving mentorship and training.

Required profile

• Fully qualified ACCA or equivalent professional accounting certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit or accounting.
• Background in a Big 4 firm is a plus.
