Account Manager – Trading Sector

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a trading background to support our international client base. The role blends relationship management, client training, and webinar hosting in a fast‑growing niche market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts in the trading sector.
• Provide personalized follow‑up to build loyalty and deepen relationships.
• Train clients on the use of our trading tools and platforms.
• Design and host webinars, including product presentations, training sessions, and market updates.
• Answer clients' technical and commercial questions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, compliance) to ensure optimal client support.
• Stay up to date on financial markets to enrich client conversations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in trading, finance, or financial markets (Forex, CFD, equities, etc.).
• Experience in account management or a similar client‑facing role.
• Comfortable speaking publicly and able to simplify technical concepts.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Autonomous, rigorous, well‑organized, and adaptable to diverse client profiles.
