About the role

As an Account Management Specialist at Wolt in Malta, you will help retail partners succeed on the Wolt platform by building strong relationships, delivering data‑driven insights and driving commercial growth for existing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Partner Growth – drive commercial growth of existing retail partners through strategic, data‑driven performance insights and top‑tier consultation.
• Portfolio Management – oversee a portfolio of retail partners, ensuring value creation for partners, customers, couriers and Wolt.
• Performance Optimization – use data insights to identify opportunities, propose tailored campaigns and provide high‑level consultation to boost results.
• Campaign Management – collaborate with marketing to design and implement promotional activities that drive demand and maximize partner sales.
• Relationship Building – act as the key contact for assigned accounts, maintain strong communication, run regular business reviews and support expansion opportunities.
• Team Well‑being – foster a positive, supportive work culture where people feel valued, engaged and motivated.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – ensure smooth communication across functions to align goals and optimize partner performance.
• Hands‑On Approach – contribute to building new structures and processes to improve partner success.
